Practice Nurse (Part-time, 20-25 Hours per Week)
Plumstead Health Centre

Plumstead Health Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join its experienced clinical team, working 20-25 hours per week across two practice sites.
Serving a diverse population of over 15,400 patients, Plumstead Health Centre is a busy, patient-focused practice committed to delivering high-quality primary care. The main surgery is a modern, purpose-built facility, complemented by a nearby branch surgery on Garland Road. The practice operates using EMIS Web across both sites and is supported by a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, including GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Practices Nurses, MSK Specialists, Mental Health Nurses, Social Prescribers, Nurse Associates, and a Physician Associate.
The practice is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care while fostering a collaborative and supporting working environment for all staff.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in general practice nursing and a sound understanding of the primary care environment. Ideally, applicants will hold relevant qualifications and be able to demonstrate competence in the management of long-term conditions, childhood and adult immunisations, vaccinations, travel health, wound care, and cervical screening.
As this role supports services across two locations, the successful candidate will be required to work across both the main surgery and branch surgery as part of their regular working pattern.
Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience. Plumstead Health Centre is committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance and is open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Applications are welcomed from suitably qualified candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive difference to their local community.
