የግሪንዊች ጤና የተቋቋመው በግሪንዊች አውራጃ የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ እንክብካቤ መሪዎች በግሪንዊች ዙሪያ የተቀናጀ የጤና አጠባበቅ አገልግሎት ለመስጠት እና የአባላቶቻችንን የ GP Practices ለመደገፍ ነው።
ሁሉንም የግሪንዊች 30 GP ልምምዶች በማሳተፍ የመጀመሪያ ተልእኳችን የምሽት እና የሳምንት እረፍት የተራዘመ ሰዓቶችን GP Hubs በማስጀመር የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ እንክብካቤ አቅርቦትን ማሻሻል ነበር። የእኛ መገናኛዎች ከ2016-2022 ክፍት ነበሩ እና የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ እንክብካቤን ለሁሉም በግሪንዊች ውስጥ ለሁሉም ሰው በሚጠቅም ጊዜ ተደራሽ አድርገዋል።
ዛሬ የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ እንክብካቤን ከኛ ጋር እየደገፍን ነው።PCN የተሻሻሉ የመዳረሻ መገናኛዎች,የቀጥታ ዌል አገልግሎቶች የሚከተሉትን ጨምሮ፡ የሴት የወሊድ መከላከያ፣ ማጨስ አቁም እና የኤን ኤች ኤስ የጤና ፍተሻዎች፣ የስኳር በሽታ አገልግሎታችን፣ የአለባበስ አገልግሎትእና ሌሎችም. በግሪንዊች ላሉ ሰዎች ሁሉ ጤናን እና ደህንነትን ለማሻሻል ብዙ አዳዲስ ጅምሮችን እየጀመርን ነው።
በግሪንዊች ጤና ሁሉንም የኤን ኤች ኤስ አገልግሎቶች በጣም ጥሩውን ማግኘት እንዲችሉ መንገዱን እየመራን ነው።
Greenwich Health 360 Survey
Greenwich Health Ltd was formed in in September 2016 as a GP Federation and is an integrated network of all Greenwich GP Practices. Collaboratively working together to improve the health and wellbeing of Greenwich’s residents, the Federation is integrating health care in Greenwich through our strategic partnerships and learning to give Greenwich’s entire population of over 290,000* the best possible primary care. In addition, we are now also the provider for the Urgent Treatment Centre at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich.
Our mission is to create an environment where health care expertise is shared across the network to realise efficiencies and create synergies and economies of scale.
The Greenwich Health 360 Survey was created to establish a comprehensive view of our organisation and our services. The report comprises the results of 8 surveys and the data was collected in questionnaire forms from: our patients, Reception Staff, Practice Managers and the Greenwich Health head office team.

We are delighted to share the Healthwatch Greenwich Enter and View Report on the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. This insightful report highlights the experiences of patients and visitors, emphasizing the professionalism and compassionate care provided by our team.
While there are valuable recommendations for improvement, we are particularly proud of the positive feedback that reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. As always, we are dedicated to addressing areas for development and further enhancing the experience for all who visit the UTC. We extend our gratitude to Healthwatch Greenwich for this comprehensive report and to our incredible staff for their hard work and dedication.

ግሪንዊች ጤና በዩናይትድ ኪንግደም ውስጥ በተቻለ መጠን የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ እንክብካቤን ለማቅረብ ከGP ልምዶች እና ከኤንኤችኤስ አጋሮች ጋር በግሪንዊች እየሰራ ነው። የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ እንክብካቤን ከሁሉም አገልግሎቶቻችን ጋር በመደገፍ የግሪንዊች ነዋሪዎች የሚያስፈልጋቸውን እንክብካቤ በሚያስፈልጋቸው ጊዜ ማግኘት ይችላሉ።
ከግሪንዊች ክሊኒካል ኮሚሽነር ቡድን እና ከግሪንዊች ሮያል ቦሮው ጋር በመስራት፣ የሚቻለውን ምርጥ ተሞክሮ ለእርስዎ ለማቅረብ ቆርጠን ተነስተናል እናም የሚቀበሉትን ጥሩ እንክብካቤ ለማስፋት እንጠባበቃለን።

ምስጋና ለግሪንዊች ጤና
ባለቤቴ አርብ ዕለት ከልጃችን ጋር ከአነስተኛ (የፓራሜዲክ እይታ) የህክምና ጉዳይ ጋር በተያያዘ ሀኪማችንን አነጋግራለች፣ ጥቂት ክፍተቶች በአካባቢው ይገኛሉ ነገር ግን ሁሉም ከትምህርት ሰአት ጋር ተጋጭተው ነበር፣ እንግዳ ተቀባይዋ በኤልተም ማህበረሰብ ሆስፒታል የGP ልምምዱ እንዲሰጥ ሀሳብ አቀረበ። ቅዳሜ እና ይህ በአግባቡ ተቀባይነት አግኝቷል.
ወደ ቀጠሮው አመጣሁት እና አጠቃላይ ልምዱ የበለጠ አዎንታዊ ሊሆን አይችልም ፣ በሰዓቱ ታይተናል ፣ GP ምርጥ ነበር ፣ ግምገማው አስደሳች ነበር እና አልፏል እና ከ 10 ደቂቃዎች በኋላ ግልጽ የሆነ የምርመራ እና የህክምና እቅድ ይዘን ሄድን።
ይህ ምናልባት የተለየ የክረምት ተነሳሽነት መሆኑን አደንቃለሁ ነገር ግን ስርዓቱን እና ግለሰቦችን ለተሰጠን ልምድ በቂ ማመስገን አልችልም።
