Newly Qualified GP
The post holder will be employed by Greenwich Health the GP Federation in Greenwich. Greenwich has 7 primary care networks (PCNS) with list sizes of between 30-80,000 patients. The Post holder will work for Riverview Health PCN, a grouping of 5 practices.
Due to the changes in the ARRS Scheme to introduce General Practitioners, we are looking to expand our team by seeking to employ a newly qualified General Practitioner (you must be within 2 years of certificate of completion of training at the start of employment) to work alongside our practices and PCN staff.
The GP will perform as an autonomous general practitioner working independently and with other health care professionals to assess, diagnose and treat the conditions of patients attending within a primary care setting. Provide expert professional advice to patients, carers and colleagues and ensure the maintenance of clinical excellence. To be professionally accountable and responsible for all elements of clinical practice in accordance with the GMC code of conduct ensuring the safety of patients and quality of their care is primary.

General Practice Assistant
The post holder will be employed by Greenwich Health the GP Federation in Greenwich.
Greenwich has 7 primary care networks (PCNS) with list sizes of between 30-80,000 patients. The Post holder will work for Riverview Health PCN, a grouping of 5 practices.
A GPA will support the GP(s) by support clinicians with a variety of admin tasks reducing the clinicians administrative burden.
Your normal hours of work will be between 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.

Senior Pharmacist
The post holder will be employed by Greenwich Health the GP Federation. The Post holder will work with Riverview Health PCN, a grouping of 5 practices. Riverview has a team of clinical pharmacists working to deliver practice support but also PCN level work which means the individual pharmacists are part of a wider team.
The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role.
Proactively manage patients with co-morbidities.
Provide support to general practice staff with regards to prescription and medication queries. Support the repeat prescriptions system, deal with acute prescription requests, and medicines reconciliation on transfer of care and systems for safer prescribing, providing expertise in clinical medicines advice while addressing both public and social care needs of patient in the GP practices

Pharmacy Technician
The post holder will be employed by Greenwich Health the GP Federation in Greenwich. Greenwich has 6 primary care networks (PCNs) with list sizes of between 30-80,000 patients. The Post holder will work for Riverview PCN, a grouping of 5 practices and will work across the practices within this PCN.
The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role.
The post holder will work under the supervision of the Clinical Pharmacist and as an integrated part of the primary care team to ensure the safe, accurate and timely supply of prescribed medication to patients. The role will contribute to successful clinical management of patients and build capacity and capability in the workforce at the right levels.
